Note: Session scheduling begins once your genetic report is processed. Only 3X4 Genetics results are accepted.

HSA/FSA Payment Info:
Clients are responsible for the full cost of the program, which includes the 3X4 Genetics Test. The $299 test portion is eligible for HSA and FSA payment or reimbursement.
