I’m Sarah Ann Vieke, a Holistic Wellness Consultant with certifications in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Alchemical Astrology from the Mindful Institute. I’m also the founder of Perfectly Well, where I support women in reclaiming their health and vitality through personalized, root-cause wellness and intuitive guidance.

Booking Consultations

For appointments and payments, I use Practice Better’s secure booking platform. All payment information is processed directly by Stripe’s payment system and is never stored or accessed by me.

Your personal data is used only to deliver services, digital products, communication, and content relevant to your wellness goals. I take every precaution to protect your privacy and treat your information with the utmost care.

To deliver accurate and personalized astrological services, I use a combination of trusted astrology tools and platforms, including:

How Your Data Is Used:

I do not store your personal birth data within third-party apps beyond what is required for generating your chart. Your information will never be sold or shared with any third party.

Data Handling & Confidentiality:
I take the confidentiality of your information seriously. Your birth details are handled with care, and all chart data is either stored securely in encrypted systems or kept offline in private files. These tools are used strictly for the purpose of supporting your astrological consultations and program development.

When you schedule a wellness consultation or session, your booking information—such as your name, email, and appointment preferences—is collected through Practice Better, a practitioner scheduling platform. Practice Better also hosts my Client Agreement and Intake Forms to ensure a smooth and secure onboarding process.

Payment Processor:
All payments for services or products are securely processed through Stripe, integrated into my Practice Better platform. Your payment information is never stored on my site and is handled solely by these secure payment processors.

Note: For email newsletters and appointment scheduling, I use MailerLite and Practice Better, respectively. For product and service payments, I use Stripe on Practice Better’s platform. You can review their individual privacy policies for more information.

  • Astrological Software: If you request astrological services, your birth details (date, time, and place of birth) may be entered into trusted astrology software such as AuthorityAstrology.com, AstroGold, AstroDienst.com, and TimePassages to generate your chart. These platforms are used solely for the purpose of creating accurate astrological insights. Your data is never stored unnecessarily in these systems, and no personally identifiable information is shared beyond what is required to generate your chart. I handle all chart data with confidentiality and store any generated results securely and privately.
  • Web Analytics and Advertising: I may use web analytics services like Google Analytics to improve the user experience on my website. These services collect data on how you interact with my site, but this data does not personally identify you unless you provide your personal information through forms or subscriptions.
  • Social Media Platforms: If you interact with my content on social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook), these platforms may collect your data based on your engagement. While I do not directly share your data with these platforms, they may track your activity when you engage with my posts.
