Perfectly Well, LLC – Payment, Scheduling, and Refund Policy

Welcome to Perfectly Well, LLC. Please read the following policies carefully before booking your session or program. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a supportive experience for both of us.


PAYMENT POLICY

  • Full Payment Required at Booking
    All sessions and programs must be paid in full at the time of booking through my Vagaro scheduling platform.
  • Accepted Payment Methods
    I accept card payments and Vagaro’s “Pay Later” options. You’ll receive a receipt once your payment is complete.
  • Pricing Disclaimer
    Pricing may change from time to time. The rate shown at the time of booking is the final price. I do not provide per-session breakdowns, as the pricing reflects the value of the complete program.

SCHEDULING POLICY

Session Format
I conduct all sessions through Vagaro’s secure livestream platform. If there’s a technical issue, I’ll use a phone call as a backup if possible. Text messages are only used for scheduling or logistics, never for actual sessions.

Timeliness
Please be on time. If you’re late, I’ll still need to end the session at the originally scheduled time to honor commitments to other clients. The full session fee still applies.

Session Duration

  • One-Time Consults:
    • Astrology and Lifestyle Genetics sessions are 60 minutes.
    • The AstroGenetics Blueprint session is 90 minutes.
      These are single, stand-alone sessions and do not include follow-up unless booked separately.
  • Ongoing Program Sessions:
    • For clients enrolled in Startup or Renewal Plans, sessions are 45 minutes each and occur biweekly or monthly depending on the program selected.

Use-By Dates
Sessions included in a program must be used within the designated timeframe unless we agree otherwise in writing.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Notice Requirement
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. I allow one reschedule within 30 days of the original session. After that, the session is forfeited.

No-Shows and Missed Sessions
Missed sessions or no-shows without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

Emergency Exceptions
I understand life happens. If you have a true emergency, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to reschedule your session, depending on availability. I may request documentation if needed.

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds
All payments are final. This applies to both individual sessions and multi-session programs.

If I Need to Cancel
If I have to cancel and we can’t find a time to reschedule, I’ll issue you a refund for that session.

Ending Services

  • If you decide to end the program: You can stop anytime, but I don’t offer refunds for unused sessions.
  • If I need to end services: I may end our agreement if I determine that:
    • our work together is not a good fit,
    • your needs fall outside my scope of practice, or
    • there is a conflict of interest that could impact the quality or integrity of our work.
      In any of these cases, I’ll refund any unused, pre-paid sessions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Engagement Commitment
    Your commitment and participation are essential. If you miss sessions or don’t engage, I may discontinue services to protect the integrity of my practice.
  • Program Eligibility
    Renewal Plans are only available to clients who’ve completed a qualifying Startup Plan for astrology, lifestyle genetics, or AstroGenetics Blueprint. I only use genetic data from my approved lab—outside results aren’t accepted.
  • Disputes
    Any legal disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Michigan, USA.
