Perfectly Well – Payment, Scheduling, and Refund Policy

Welcome to Perfectly Well! Please read the following policies carefully before booking your session or program. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a supportive experience for both of us.

Countries My Services Are Available To

Astro SoulConnect, MTHFR Vital Reset, and Celestial Methylation Insight Services are currently available to clients located in 70 countries supported by Practice Better’s platform.

I appreciate your understanding as I work to expand the availability of my services in the future.

PAYMENT POLICY

Full Payment Required at Booking
All services, programs, and sessions (excluding discovery calls) must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Practice Better’s platform. Booking is available once your payment is successfully received.

Accepted Payment Methods
I accept the following payment options:

  • Amazon Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Global Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Affirm, Afterpay/Clearpay & Klarna (subject to approval)

Booking Platform
After completing your payment, please schedule your appointment separately through my secure client platform, Practice Better. This system supports your entire experience—from booking and payment to intake forms, session notes, and direct communication—all in one easy-to-use, confidential space.

Payment Terms

  • Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay/Clearpay: Must be approved prior to booking.
  • Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Declined transactions or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation.

Pricing & Receipts

  • Prices are subject to change, but the rate at checkout is final.
  • No per-session breakdowns are provided—pricing reflects the full value of the service or program.
  • A receipt will be emailed upon successful payment.

Service Preparation & Booking Wait Times

Standard Preparation Time
For all services, please allow 5 business days for preparation after submitting your intake forms and any requested information. This applies whether you’re booking Astro Soul Connect, MTHFR Vital Reset, or Celestial Methylation Insight. This time ensures I can review your information thoroughly and prepare a fully personalized and meaningful session.

Returning Clients

If you’re a returning client and I already have your chart and/or genetic data on file, your wait time may be shorter. However, you will still need to submit an updated intake form to reflect your current health goals, life transitions, or areas of focus.

Astro SoulConnect

Soul-centered astrology sessions that helps you reconnect with your purpose, strengths, and life direction. We explore key areas of your chart—rooted in the 12 astrological houses and the Circle of Life coaching model—to bring clarity, balance, and alignment to the areas that matter most.

Please allow 5 business days for chart preparation.

This is ideal if you’re seeking cosmic clarity about your life path, patterns, purpose, and timing, independent of health-related support.

MTHFR Vital Reset

These sessions are designed for those who have already been tested and confirmed to carry an MTHFR gene variant (such as heterozygous or homozygous). It offers support in understanding how this may influence your well-being and how to work with your body’s unique methylation tendencies.

We’ll explore foundational approaches that may help you optimize your energy, resilience, and detox pathways using a personalized lens. While nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and supplement education may be part of the conversation, the focus is always on education and empowerment, not treatment.

Even if you’ve submitted previous labs or genetic results, I still require the full 5 business days to review your intake form, history, and wellness goals. This ensures our session is thoughtful, clear, and fully aligned with your needs.

Celestial Methylation Insight: (Astrology+ MTHFR Support)

A fusion of soul and science—these sessions combines astrological insight and methylation awareness to help you understand your body and purpose more deeply. Ideal for those with an MTHFR diagnosis or methylation concerns, seeking holistic clarity and support. Once information forms are complete, we’ll schedule your session to ensure a cohesive experience that honors both body and soul.

Requires 5 business days for preparation.

Returning Clients

If you’re a returning client and your chart or genetic data is already on file, preparation time may be shorter. Please submit an updated intake form to ensure your current wellness goals and concerns are addressed.

Thank you for honoring the preparation window. My intention is to provide high-touch, soul-aligned care that respects the complexity and uniqueness of your journey—physically, energetically, and cosmically.

SCHEDULING POLICY

Session Format
I conduct all sessions through Practice Better’s secure video platform. If there’s a technical issue, I’ll use a phone call as a backup if possible. Text messages are only used for scheduling or logistics, never for actual sessions.

Timeliness
Please be on time. If you’re late, I’ll still need to end the session at the originally scheduled time to honor commitments to other clients. The full session fee still applies.

Session Duration

  • One-Time Consults:
    • Astro SoulConnect session is 60 minutes.
      This is a single, stand-alone session and does not include a follow-up unless booked separately.
  • Ongoing Program Sessions:
    • For clients enrolled in Start Up or Renewal Plans for Astro SoulConnect, MTHFR Vital Reset, and Celestial Methylation Insight sessions are 45 minutes each and occur either weekly or biweekly or monthly depending on the program selected.

Use-By Dates
Sessions included in a program must be used within the designated timeframe unless we agree otherwise in writing.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Notice Requirement
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. I allow one reschedule within 30 days of the original session. After that, the session is forfeited.

No-Shows and Missed Sessions
Missed sessions or no-shows without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

Emergency Exceptions
I understand life happens. If you have a true emergency, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to reschedule your session, depending on availability. I may request documentation if needed.

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds
All payments are final. This applies to both individual sessions and multi-session programs, plus renewals.

If I Need to Cancel
If I have to cancel and we can’t find a time to reschedule, I’ll issue you a refund for that session.

Ending Services

  • If you decide to end the program: You can stop anytime, but I don’t offer refunds for unused sessions.
  • If I need to end services: I may end our agreement if I determine that:
    • our work together is not a good fit,
    • your needs fall outside my scope of practice, or
    • there is a conflict of interest that could impact the quality or integrity of our work.
      In any of these cases, I’ll refund any unused, pre-paid sessions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Engagement Commitment
    Your commitment and participation are essential. If you miss sessions or don’t engage, I may discontinue services to protect the integrity of my practice.
  • Program Eligibility
    Renewal Plans are only available to clients who’ve completed a qualifying Startup Plans for Astro SoulConnect, MTHFR Vital Reset, and Celestial Methylation Insight.
  • Disputes
    Any legal disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Michigan, USA.
