Perfectly Well – Payment, Scheduling, and Refund Policy

Welcome to Perfectly Well! Please read the following policies carefully before booking your session or program. These terms are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and a supportive experience for both of us.

PAYMENT POLICY

Full Payment Required at Booking
All services, programs, and sessions (excluding discovery calls) must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce Checkout, and your booking will only be confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Accepted Payment Methods
I accept the following payment options:

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Global Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: AfterPay/Clearpay & Klarna (subject to approval)

Booking Platform
After completing your payment, please schedule your appointment separately through my Vagaro booking system.

Payment Terms

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Must be approved prior to booking.
  • Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. Declined transactions or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation.
  • International Clients: WooCommerce payments are available globally, but Vagaro scheduling is currently limited to the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia. (For clients in other countries, please contact me directly via email to arrange an appointment time.)

Pricing & Receipts

  • Prices are subject to change, but the rate at checkout is final.
  • No per-session breakdowns are provided—pricing reflects the full value of the service or program.
  • A receipt will be emailed upon successful payment.

Service Preparation & Booking Wait Times

Genetic Testing Wait Time
Please note that the 3X4 Genetics test is a one-time process that involves ordering, shipping the test kit to you, sample collection, return shipping, and laboratory analysis. This process typically takes 3–4 weeks, but delays can occur depending on demand, shipping timelines, or lab processing time. Results must be received before any sessions that include genetic analysis can begin.

Astrology Session Preparation
For astrological consultations, I require at least 5 business days to prepare your chart and personalized insights. This ensures that your session is meaningful, accurate, and fully customized to your needs.

Combined Services (Genetics + Astrology)
If you have booked a program that includes both genetics and astrology, please note that sessions will not be immediate. Preparation is required for both aspects. We will schedule your session once your genetic results have been received and your astrological chart has been fully prepared.

If you are a repeat client, the wait time may be shorter, as I already have your genetic and/or astrological data on file. You will just need to resubmit your updated client intake forms so I can ensure your current needs and goals are addressed accurately.

SCHEDULING POLICY

Session Format
I conduct all sessions through Vagaro’s secure livestream platform. If there’s a technical issue, I’ll use a phone call as a backup if possible. Text messages are only used for scheduling or logistics, never for actual sessions.

Timeliness
Please be on time. If you’re late, I’ll still need to end the session at the originally scheduled time to honor commitments to other clients. The full session fee still applies.

Session Duration

  • One-Time Consults:
    • Astrology and Lifestyle Genetics sessions are 60 minutes.
    • The AstroGenetics Blueprint session is 90 minutes.
      These are single, stand-alone sessions and do not include follow-up unless booked separately.
  • Ongoing Program Sessions:
    • For clients enrolled in Start Up or Renewal Plans, sessions are 45 minutes each and occur either weekly or biweekly or monthly depending on the program selected.

Use-By Dates
Sessions included in a program must be used within the designated timeframe unless we agree otherwise in writing.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Notice Requirement
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. I allow one reschedule within 30 days of the original session. After that, the session is forfeited.

No-Shows and Missed Sessions
Missed sessions or no-shows without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may result in discontinuation of services.

Emergency Exceptions
I understand life happens. If you have a true emergency, contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to reschedule your session, depending on availability. I may request documentation if needed.

REFUND POLICY

No Refunds
All payments are final. This applies to both individual sessions and multi-session programs, plus renewals.

If I Need to Cancel
If I have to cancel and we can’t find a time to reschedule, I’ll issue you a refund for that session.

Ending Services

  • If you decide to end the program: You can stop anytime, but I don’t offer refunds for unused sessions.
  • If I need to end services: I may end our agreement if I determine that:
    • our work together is not a good fit,
    • your needs fall outside my scope of practice, or
    • there is a conflict of interest that could impact the quality or integrity of our work.
      In any of these cases, I’ll refund any unused, pre-paid sessions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Engagement Commitment
    Your commitment and participation are essential. If you miss sessions or don’t engage, I may discontinue services to protect the integrity of my practice.
  • Program Eligibility
    Renewal Plans are only available to clients who’ve completed a qualifying Startup Plan for astrology, lifestyle genetics, or AstroGenetics Blueprint. I only use genetic data from my approved lab—outside results aren’t accepted.
  • Disputes
    Any legal disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Michigan, USA.
